Traceable findings / Follow the claim
A finding should
lead somewhere.
Follow the source, propagation, sink, mitigation and impact behind a finding. Read its rule, supporting evidence and remediation in the server's assessment.
The moving thread illustrates how a claim is connected. The actual evidence comes from the selected record.
02 / Inspect the limits
Keep the reasoning.
Keep the gaps.
Expand a finding to inspect its evidence chain, verification steps and suggested fix. Review how the assessment was performed and which inputs and tests it could reach.
A rule's output can be filtered during relevance and evidence review. Failed execution, missing inputs and work that was not completed stay separate from a rule that ran and found no exception.
A rule that failed or never ran is not a clean result.
Inspect an assessmentBack to the rule
A claim has a method.
Use the catalogue to understand what a rule looks for, then return to a server record to inspect what its assessment actually established.
